How I spend my day

Ok we have a lot of old 33 & 45 records. So I have a program on my mac and a gadget called i-mic which I can connect to turntable output (RCA connection to USB conversion) and then down load to my i-Tunes and then from there send to my i-Pods or burn a CD. Isn't that cool! I listen thru the computer speakers as I transcribe. The software eliminates hiss and scratches and when it comes out it is BEAutiful. So every day I am transcribing one or more records. I need to make a trip to Best Buy and get some more CD-Rs .

I am so glad we are getting a new president and I am proud of America for "overcoming" I don't understand why his margin of victory was not greater but they still are calling it a landslide. Hope is about the only thing we have left so let us continue to Hope for better days ahead and more tolerance in the world.

Well it's only 9:45 but it is already settled we will have a new president. I have hope and he ran on hope I sure hope our country and our standing in the world will improve. I do not understand why some states did not vote for him but everyone has a right to vote the way they think is right. I just hope it wasn't precudise ( did I spell that right) I am going to bed now whee!
This is all new to me, but I'll give it a try. We are looking forward to good family events - Thanksgiving with the gang and two new great grandchildren within the next six months.
We're really enjoying our retirement and not feeling rushed.
Well if Betsy and Brad can do it why not Grandpa Dale. This is my first posting just to see if anyone will pay attention. I am typing this on my wireless keyboard to my new i-Mac so you see I am not letting any of these kids get ahead of me technologically. I got the equipment why not use it.

This is election day but we mailed in our ballots some time ago, hopefully the next four years will be much better than the last eight. I wont stay up late to get the results because there is nothing can be done about them, so I will wake to a brand new day and look forward to a new future.
